Our skived PTFE sheets provide unsurpassed precision and cleanliness for a wide range of critical applications, including tank lining in the chemical processing and semiconductor industries, where the prevention of leakage and contamination is vital to material purity and integrity.

Skived PTFE sheets and films are available in a wide range of materials and in continuous rolls or cut to your desired length. We offer standard or custom widths to help you reduce scrap and waste. We can also laminate, punch, or die cut all of our skived PTFE sheet and film products. All our skived PTFE sheets and films can be furnished with one or both surfaces etched for adhesive bonding.

Sizes

Skived PTFE sheets and films are available from 0.001” to 0.375” thick. Widths up to 60” available.

Style 8764

When you can't afford failure

Premium virgin PTFE sheet manufactured from only the highest quality PTFE resins. Style 8764 is ideal for a wide range of applications and especially useful where only the highest mechanical and electrical properties and purity will suffice.

Style 8765

High-quality virgin PTFE sheet for those challenging applications that demand material that can withstand a broad temperature range and provide excellent chemical resistance.

THP (TEXOLON® High Purity)

High purity PTFE sheet for critically clean environments such as those found in the medical and semiconductor industries. High purity PTFE is processed and packaged in a clean environment.

Style 9405

Premium glass-filled PTFE sheet manufactured from only the highest quality resins and fillers. Style 9405 is formulated for use where increased wear, creep and cold flow resistance are important requirements.

Style 9406

High quality glass-filled PTFE sheet for applications where enhanced rigidity and wear are required.

Style 8790

Virgin modified PTFE that exhibits enhanced sealing, weldability, permeation resistance, and a better machined surface finish.

Style 8534

High quality carbon graphite-filled PTFE that provides increased comprehensive strength, hardness, and wear resistance. Also possesses improved thermal conductivity, good dry running properties, resistance to hydrofluoric acid, and is electrically conductive at higher filler contents.

Style 9008

High quality bronze-filled PTFE that provides increased comprehensive strength, hardness, wear resistance, as well as improved thermal conductivity and reduced cold flow.

Customization

We have the ability to customize or enhance any of our standard PTFE sheets with fillers or reinforcements to meet your unique applications. With production capabilities including resin compound blending, compression molding, and skiving, we are able to precisely control all aspects of your product from start to finish. Our in house laboratory and quality control ensure that you receive the quality product you expect.
